WPC FUN DRIVE 2004 (No. 6) - Seremban

Although the marshalls din get to meet up a day before the event, it went absolutely brilliantly - despite the wet morning, the slight traffic in stonor/ampang, some very zealous kancil drivers and some slow lorry drivers...

Its was real fun meeting up again at breakfast at lotus off Jalan Ampang. must say that the nasi lemak w/ayam was really tasty! yum. even Ayada came to lend us his support!

We proceeded to Jalan Stonor and lined up all the 12 wajas and had a quick briefing and roll call for the cars. poor Kakak got a lil lost loking for some Jalan Kuda... ehehheh... but all got there safe and sound.

The convoy was soon flagged off, with Dean lending a hand at assembling the order of the convoy, with the zero car flashing the beacon. we soon got out of the busy ampang area into the hulu langat direction... the roads were absolutely delicious!! I was pretty quiet during the drive becos Iwas really enjoying the drive (like how you see people suddenly all become silent when tucking into a great meal. ditto) I hadnt really preped my car due to time constraints but i was sure my waja would not fail me. Petrol was only a half tank when Istarted.

I had some technical difficulties with my walkie but soon got it going before we got out of the ampang area. The guys all had a great time yakking on the walkies throughout the journey... this reminds me of a question my young fren asked me when I told her I was driving alone, "wouldnt you feel lonely?" nahhhh! wid the great bunch of ppl we had on our walkies chatline... it would be impossible to feel lonely!!

The one over hour drive was absolutely thrilling, through the curves and straights... Ikept up with the zero car conscientiously... until I was chided by edwinloh for being "difficult to follow". heck! Ican oni drive as fast as the zero car, man! of cos, then our man graciously admitted to using me to throw side punches... blardee hell????!!! ahahhah... kantoi!!

As we drew closer to Seremban, we stopped by Petronas for a quick pitstop. we attracted a lot of attention there. hehheh... then... zero car almost left his mommy dearest there... ehehheh... when the convoy was about to recontinue our journey. kekkekek... kena piak piaks or not??

With a huge sigh... in no time, we reached seremban town... and the A&W where we got out for a quick meal/tea and to take pictures and lepaks. got to catch up with our frens there. one by one, the cars went off... to continue their respective weekend plans... some of the j2cm (jalan jalan cari makan) crew decided to go visit the seremban market for a taste of the famous beef noodle before heading back.

That GTi is used to be a WPC member, but he is always welcome during our fun drives!	Check it out! Low clouds over the hills with some slight drizzle
Here we are after a -junction, Kuala Kelawang 46km away! It starts to rain lightly at this time.	What joy! After almost an hour of drive, here we are in Seremban!

*When we parked along Jalan Stonor, little did we know that right in front of the house, the owner is watching us. When we're about to leave, she came out and asked us "You guys are going for a treasure hunt ar?" . "No" I replied. "We're having our Saturday morning drive to Seremban for a quick lunch and back to KL after that". She nodded and smiled "Wahh.. best lah". "Sorry for parking in front of your house aunty" I added.
