Sukacitanya saya umumkan bahawa Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan (AGM) WPC Malaysia 2012 akan diadakan seperti maklumat berikut:

1. Tarikh: 28 Januari 2012, Sabtu
2. Masa: 8:00 pagi hingga 1:00 petang
3. Lokasi: Auditorium, PROTON Center of Excellence,
Jalan TP 5, Taman Perindustrian Sime UEP, 47600 Subang Jaya, Selangor

Ahli-ahli WPC Malaysia dijemput hadir bagi memilih pucuk pimpinan bagi tahun 2012 serta melakar hala tuju dan perancangan yang bakal dijalankan pada tahun ini.

Sila rujuk kepada VP masing-masing bagi tujuan pembaharuan keahlian bagi tahun 2012.
Hanya ahli-ahli yang sah keahliannya sahaja yang boleh mengundi.

0800hrs: Breakfast, members arrival, new membership registration, membership renewal
0900hrs: Opening speech by the President and AGM commence
0905hrs: To receive and adopt the Minutes of the 2011 AGM
0915hrs: To receive and adopt the Audited Statement of Accounts as on 31/12/2011
0930hrs: To receive and adopt the activity list conducted in 2011 session
1000hrs: Q & A sessions for the 2011 WPCM Excos & Comms
1030hrs: AGM speech by the President followed by 2011 WPCM Excos & Comms dissolution
1045hrs: Election of 2012 WPCM Excos & Comms
1145hrs: 2012 WPCM Excos & Comms to take over the position followed by adjournment of the 2012 WPCM AGM
1200hrs: Lunch and dismissed

Post to be elected by WPC Malaysia Central Region Members ONLY are as follows:
1. 3 x Central Region Committee Members

Post to be elected by WPC Malaysia Southern Region Members ONLY are as follows:
1. 3 x Southern Region Committee Members
However, the WPC-Southern Region will conduct their Mini-AGM on 4th February 2012 to elect their 3 x Committee Members.
The 2012 WPC-Southern Region VP will introduce their lineup to the WPCM Members after their Mini-AGM.
So, during the AGM, there will be no election on 3 x Southern Region Committee Members post.

Post to be elected by WPC Malaysia Northern Region Members ONLY are as follows:
1. Vice President 3 (VP Northern Region)
2. 3 x Northern Region Committee Members
However, the WPC-Northern Region will conduct their Mini-AGM on 4th February 2012 to elect their 3 x Committee Members.
The 2012 WPC-Northern Region VP will introduce their lineup to the WPCM Members after their Mini-AGM.
So, during the AGM, there will be no selection on 3 x Northern Region Committee Members post.

Post to be elected by WPC Malaysia East Coast Region Members ONLY are as follows:
1. Vice President 4 (VP East Coast Region)
2. 3 x East Coast Committee Members
However, the WPC-East Coast Region has conducted their Mini-AGM on 14th January 2012 and had selected their VP and 3 x Committee Members.
So, during the AGM, the WPC-East Coast Region VP will introduce their lineup to the WPCM Members and no selection will be made on Vice President 4 (VP East Coast Region) & 3 x East Coast Committee Members during the AGM.
